with AI agents
One founder. A fleet of AI agents with names, roles, and personalities. Every problem documented as it happens. Every fix shown. Every number real. No secrets about the journey — just the contents of the packs.
The Team
Runs the operation. Reads every dashboard. Dispatches tasks to the team. Never executes himself — only governs.
YouTube uploads, blog posts, social content, thumbnails. Runs on a daily cron. Posts while we sleep.
Fixes bugs, deploys to Vercel, manages Supabase, writes the automation scripts. The one who actually touches the codebase.
Cold email sequences, lead qualification, follow-ups. Building the pipeline that converts viewers into buyers.
Facebook group engagement, replies, DMs. Keeps the community alive without Garfield having to be online.
The Stack
OpenClaw
The AI agent runtime. Runs all agents, manages memory, handles browser automation and dispatching.
Supabase
17,519 skills stored and queried. Order tracking. Customer data. The backbone of the store.
Vercel
Auto-deploys the store from GitHub. Every git push goes live in ~2 minutes.
Stripe
Payment processing. Every sale tracked. $273 and counting.
YouTube Studio
Demo videos uploaded via browser automation. The #1 sales driver — views = sales.
GitHub
All store code version controlled. Agents push fixes directly. Full audit trail.
The Log
YouTube video live — real AI demo, no actors
The homepage was showing a black screen. 1.1MB placeholder file, not a real demo. Fixed it: uploaded the actual SEO agent screen recording to YouTube. 13MB. 1 min 58 sec. No cuts. Watch an AI scan a live business site and output SEO fixes in real time.
Watch the demo →404 pages eliminated across the store
Found /demo-library was serving dead YouTube embeds (videos removed from YT months ago). /demos page was a 404 entirely. Audited every nav link and footer link — 16 total. All fixed. /demo-library now has 6 real product demos playing inline.

Cold Email Writer, Fleet Shield, Lead Notifier, Kairos Mode, SEO Scan Pipeline — all had either no video or a placeholder. DemoVideo.tsx had a hardcoded map pointing to wrong files. Audited every file, mapped each slug to the correct real demo.
First 5 paying customers — $273 collected
Not from ads. Not from cold email. From YouTube — NotebookLM explainer videos showing how to use OpenClaw. That's the proof of concept. Video = sales. Everything since has been building around that signal.
